If you are not satisfied with a product please call our customer service center for a
return authorization number. A number will be issued to you if applicable.
All of our products have a 30-day money back guarantee. You will receive return
instructions with your order. Simply follow the instructions for a full refund minus the
original shipping and handling charges.
You will be required to pay return shipping charges.
We are unable to accept returns on bathroom products (commodes, shower chairs,
incontinence products, toilet seats).
All returns must be unused and have all of the original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with any product you have received from our company, even if it
does not meet the return policy criteria, please call customer service. We are here to
provide a service to you and will do all that we can to reach a solution that is
