Shipping Policy and Rates
We use value based shipping to calculate your shipping and handling cost. Your
order may be shipped using U.S. mail, United Parcel Service, or another common
carrier that best serves your needs. Some of our products are not stored in our
inventory and may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of an order.
You will be notified by email if an item is not in stock and of the estimated time of
shipment.
If you require special shipping options such as express shipping, please enter that
information in the comment section during the checkout process and we will email you
to inform you of any extra costs. Your order will not ship until we have a response to
our email approving the additional charges.
Ground Shipment
Allow 6-12 business days to receive your order
Most ground shipments will be sent by UPS

Additional charges will be added for oversize air shipments
2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Select and Next Day Air Saver
Air shipments are typically by UPS
Orders must be placed by 1pm Eastern Standard Time Monday – Friday to be
shipped same business day on in stock products
3rd Day Select orders will be delivered on the 3rd business day from receipt of order
2nd Day Air orders will be delivered on the 2nd business day after receipt of order
Next Day Air Saver orders will be delivered the next business day from receipt of
order
If you need Next Day Air Saturday Delivery please call to arrange this service. There
will be additional charges.
